616. Staten Island, NY. July 10. 47-year-old woman whose car broke down near her home struck and killed by a speeding 2000 Mazda which fled the scene (pictured). Driver later arrested.
617. Wilmington, Del. July 9. 52-year-old man on a motorcycle fatally struck by a Saab whose driver left him to die in the street.
618. St. Paul, Minn. July 8. 5-year-old autistic boy hospitalized with head injuries after being struck by “a Honda Civic … two-door sedan, possibly an older model from the 1990s” which took off from the scene.
619. St. Petersburg, Fla. July 10. 64-year-old woman struck and killed by a yet-publicly-identified vehicle which police may have located.
620. Sarasota, Fla. July 9. 58-year-old critically injured when he and the bike he was riding were struck by a dark SUV which fled the scene.
621. Columbus, Ga. July 7. 54-year-old man injured when struck by a “small gray 2000’s model SUV or station wagon” from which the driver got out, moved the body and fled.
622. Longview, Texas. July 8. 16-year-old hospitalized after being struck by a black four-door Lexus which fled the scene.
623. Erie, Pa. July 10. Man struck by a tan sedan which didn’t stop at the scene. Uninjured.
624. Kingston, NY. July 10. 25-year-old man and his dog injured after being struck by a “dark gray primed Honda hatchback, possibly a Civic” which fled the scene.
