606. Victorville, Cal. July 3. 34-year-old man struck and killed by an unidentified vehicle. Making matters worse, he’d just left his home for a walk after a fight with his wife. She probably blames herself. She shouldn’t. She wasn’t the one who hit someone and left them for dead in the street.
607. Indianapolis, Ind. July 6. Man critically injured after being found in the street after a Ford Focus ran him over and fled.
608. Tulare, Cal. July 4. A 29-year-old man injured after being struck by a “1990s model dark blue or black Lincoln Continental.”
609. Freeport, NJ. July 5. 29-year-old man struck and killed by a dark SUV which fled the scene.
