So I just happened to be sifting through old clips on an entirely-separate project in the days after Wing Bowl when I found the Jan. 29, 2000 story I’d done on Fino “Chili Dog” Cachola. Each time I hear about Wing Bowl, I instantly think of Fino considering he was a badass eating competitor and he died way too young.
It may be a little difficult to read, but I’ve scanned the pre-jump portion of the story here …
