SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Police are looking for the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that left a man hospitalized in South Philadelphia.
Police responded at 8:27 p.m. on Saturday to Pattison Avenue near Broad Street for a report that a pedestrian had been struck.
The driver of the vehicle, said to be wearing a Superman costume, fled on foot, police said.

Silent Witness is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to a hit-and-run driver who critically injured a Scottsdale middle-school teacher last weekend.
Maureen Brown, 33, was crossing the street Sunday night when she was struck by a vehicle that was traveling south on 124th Street about 200 yards north of Shea Boulevard, according to Scottsdale police.
Brown is an eighth-grade science teacher at Cocopah Middle School in Scottsdale.
