13901. BAY RIDGE, Brooklyn (WABC) — Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run that claimed the life of a 72-year-old Thursday night. It happened around 6:40 p.m. in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. Officials say a 72-year-old woman was crossing Marine Avenue when she was struck and killed by a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and landed underneath a parked car. “She got hit so hard she got knocked out of her shoes,” a witness named Carlo said.
13902-3. A 24-year-old woman was killed and a man was injured when they were struck by a hit-and-run driver while trying to cross the street in the Arlington Heights area on Tuesday.

13907. The suspect’s vehicle allegedly involved over the weekend in a fatal hit-and-run is being sought in Fresno by police, the Fresno Police Department said on Friday.

Fresno Police Department officials report that on Saturday November 11, 2023, just before 6:00 p.m., Fresno Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Clinton Avenue and Marks Avenue regarding a vehicle versus pedestrian traffic collision. The suspect vehicle fled eastbound on Clinton Avenue after striking a pedestrian who was crossing the street on Marks Avenue south of Clinton Avenue. The vehicle was last seen entering the ramp onto southbound Highway 99. Despite lifesaving measures the pedestrian was declared deceased at the hospital.
13909. MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run Saturday morning.
