13797. Dallas Police are looking for the driver of a Cadillac SUV in connection with the hit-and-run death of a 7-year-old girl. Police said Wednesday they believe the vehicle that killed 7-year-old Zeina Haffanin late Sunday night was a 2007-2014 Cadillac Escalade.

13802. EUGENE, Ore. — The Eugene Police Department (EPD) is seeking tips from the public regarding a pedestrian-vehicle hit and run that happened on Wednesday, October 18, on W. 11th.
13803. Police said the driver, who had caused that initial crash along the highway, exited their car and attempted to leave the scene of the collision by running across the freeway. While doing so, police said, they were “struck by multiple vehicles.” Officers pronounced the person dead shortly after arriving on the scene, FWPD said.

13811. El Paso police and Crime Stoppers are asking for help in finding the driver who was involved in a hit-and-run that killed an elderly man in downtown El Paso. 13812. A 78-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run crash as he was crossing the street in Kissimmee early on Sunday, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
13813. The Brookhaven Police Department has announced the arrest of two individuals they believe were involved in the fatal hit-and-run of 55-year-old Linda Powell. The incident happened Oct. 19 near Clairmont Road and Canmont Drive. Officers found Powell deceased in the roadway. After interviewing multiple witnesses and obtaining video footage from nearby businesses, they came to the conclusion that two drivers were involved.
13814. LOMPOC, Calif. — According to the Lompoc Police Department, one person was killed in a hit and run incident Saturday night in the parking lot of a Home Depot.
