153. Altoona, Pa. March 5. Woman suffers head injury after being struck by “newer model, bluish gray sedan and it may have a damaged front end or passenger side. The driver is described as a white female in her 20’s with blond hair.”
154. Boaz, Ala. March 7. 29-year-old man struck by “older model gray pickup truck” while doing lawn work and thrown into ditch; driver fled scene.
